This Codex describes the lawful relationship between beings, land, and jurisdiction.

It distinguishes Natural Law from legal fiction, authority from responsibility, and stewardship from ownership. Land is treated not as property, but as a field with inherent constraints that govern use, impact, and consequence.

Agreements, boundaries, and systems of governance are examined here not by legitimacy or consent, but by alignment with underlying structure.

This Codex does not advocate rebellion or compliance.
It clarifies where consequence arises regardless of legal framing.
